Deborah J. Muns-Park has extensive litigation and appellate experience in a wide array of products liability and complex corporate cases. Ms. Muns-Park also has experience in complex bankruptcy litigation, including fraud and related litigation on behalf of bankruptcy trustees. In California Board of Accountancy v. KPMG et. al., Ms. Muns-Park assisted in the representation of one of the country’s largest accounting firms in litigation arising from the Orange County Bankruptcy; a nine-month trial before an administrative agency raised numerous issues of first impression.
An active member of her community, Ms. Muns-Park was nominated as Best Citizen of the Year by the OC Weekly in 2000 for her pro bono legal work. In 2011, she received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for her community service.
Ms. Muns-Park is admitted to practice law in California and is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Lawyer's Club of San Diego.
Prior to joining Landau Law LLP, Ms. Muns-Park practiced as a litigator in the Los Angeles office of Sidley Austin. She also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Pamela A. Rymer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and taught law at University of California, San Diego Extension.
Ms. Muns-Park received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 1993, and received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Stanford Law School in 1997.
