LANDAU LAW LLP handles a broad range of business litigation and insolvency matters. Central to our practice is our commitment to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and concerns of our clients and to counsel our clients accordingly. We believe our clients are best served when they understand the range of their potential options and are able to participate in making legal decisions on an informed basis. We tailor our services to meet the objectives of our clients and strive to develop and present strategies that consider the amount at issue in a given matter, the risk of alternative outcomes, and the importance of the matter to our client's long term business interests. We are mindful of our clients' budget constraints and, as a boutique law practice, have the flexibility to handle matters that may require particular sensitivity to fees.

In addition, since our founding, Landau Law LLP has cultivated a tradition of, and commitment to, pro bono service.  Those efforts include helping clients who have been victimized by people and/or institutions with money, power and influence.  The firm is dedicated to the recovery of fair compensation and to putting an end to such victimization in the future.
