Jon Dalberg joined Landau Law LLP as a partner in July 2009, having previously been a partner in the Los Angeles office of Andrews Kurth LLP. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy practice, having represented debtors, creditors, (secured and unsecured,) and committees, (official and unofficial) in numerous bankruptcy cases in jurisdictions across the country.
Peter J. Gurfein’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring, business transactions with companies in financial distress, and litigation in federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Gurfein represents sellers and acquirers of distressed assets, institutional investors, and clients in Chapter 11 cases in the airline, health care, retail, telecommunication, entertainment, high tech, and real estate industries and high-net worth individual Chapter 11 debtors and their trustees.
Jennifer Altfeld Landau has more than 25 years of experience handling complex class actions and other high-stakes civil litigation matters for prominent financial services institutions, health care organizations, accounting firms, and other corporate entities. She has experience in a variety of legal areas, including breach of contract, consumer fraud, unfair business practices, employment, wage and hour, legal malpractice, professional negligence, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions litigation. She has been repeatedly named to the Daily Journal’s list of Top Women Lawyers in the State of California, most recently in 2014.
Rodger M. Landau is the Managing Partner of Landau Law LLP. He represents clients in bankruptcy cases as well as in a variety of business disputes raising issues of bankruptcy law, commercial law, contract law, ERISA law, health care law, insurance law, land use law, and real estate law.
John P. Reitman has represented chapter 7 and 11 trustees, creditors committees and secured and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases for more than thirty years. Through his extensive litigation activities, Mr. Reitman has achieved recoveries of well in excess of $100 million for bankruptcy estates, successfully defended actions seeking the recovery of tens of millions of dollars, and achieved hundreds of millions of dollars in claims reductions.

Jane Park has represented clients in a wide array of commercial matters in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels. Ms. Park's practice focuses on contract disputes, business tort claims, intellectual property matters, and consumer class actions. Prior to joining Landau Law LLP, Ms. Park practiced in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
